A stunning site on the Rangitahi Peninsula in Raglan, the house expansive offers views over the harbour estuary along the western face and across a native reserve to the north. The home is designed using high performance principles - envelope and details, with Formance SIP floors, walls and roof, a MaxRaft highly insulated waffle slab and German uPVC windows and doors. The northern aspect is sheltered with deep eaves / verandah, and an outdoor living courtyard is sheltered from the prevailing westerly winds. The home provides comfort and focusses on lasting quality.
